Here's a few things you should know when scheduling a Septic System Inspection, Camera or Basic Visual
- The driver collects payments from both the buyer and the seller at the time of service, CASH or CHECK ONLY. We do not process credit or debit cards.
- The pumping/inspection process is considered ONE job to us. We split the bill to accommodate the two parties. BOTH parties must be present/ or have someone represent for the driver to collect payment. Once the full bill is paid from both parties, we will release the Septic Inspection report to the appropriate party.
- If any party doesn't have the payment, we must take the report back to the office. Once payment is received, we will release the report then, and only then.
- We need the name and contact information from both parties to schedule a pumping/'inspection. And any real estate agent's information helps as well.
- We DO NOT inspect without pumping the septic tank. It is impossible to see the integrity of the septic tank below the liquid level, and the contents must be removed. Plus we need to visualize the undisturbed liquid level at the start of the inspection process. If someone else recently pumped your tank, we cannot do an inspection. "The "evidence is gone!"
- Most lending companies need a recent septic inspection report within a date of 60 days. Check with your lending company for details.
